The City of Medford, Oregon allowed us to assist them with a complex implementation of a new software system just 3 months prior to their scheduled Go-Live date. Our expertise in the realm of City Government allowed the ability to address and fast-track resolutions for concerns surrounding their anticipated Go-Live date. Our assistance lead to a successful implementation!

CITY OF COACHELLA

HSIS conducted an in-depth System Needs Analysis of the City of Coachella's existing software system and processes surrounding their land development activities. The analysis provides them with the ability to measure existing software system capabilities, identifies process improvement/streamlining opportunities and allows them to make informed decisions about future procurement of a new software system.

CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE

City of San Clemente's Information Technology Division utilized our services to supplement their efforts during a staff transitional period. CITY OF GROVER BEACH

The City of Grover Beach recently adopted a new City fee schedule. The City was in need of services to update the fees in their existing City Suite system. HSIS successfully provided these services by implementing the new fee schedule and meeting their scheduled effective date.
